Monica, I love this new approach to marketing. And the good thing is that it’s not even marketing anymore. It doesn’t teach people how to market but how to think differently, how to value the customer, the other person. There is a lot of spirituality in this, and I think this is the only way to create a better world. Hopefully, business owners will stop seeing a customer as someone who brings in money but as someone who will benefit from their services. I really feel that this is a movement and that more and more people will embrace it. Hopefully.
Thanks for sharing it, Monica.
