        In this workshop, we will review the powerful dynamics that cause stress and learn how to regain our individual control and peace of mind. In a group setting, we will each define our own successful individual formula to avoid falling into the trap of stress; and learn how to implement and practice stepping into our optimal wellness by being prepared.
