The holiday season reminds us that its true spirit is connection with others and the sharing of ourselves and our gifts with the world.
 2009 has been, for me, the year of connecting with associations that make a meaningful difference in my world and the world at large. One association in particular, the National Association of Baby Boomer Women, has profoundly supported me in sharing my gifts with kindred souls. NABBW and I are teaming up for two wonderful events:

I can’t say enough about the founder of NABBW, Dotsie Bregel, and her amazing assistant, Georgia Richardson. I’m truly inspired by their remarkable personalities, their view of life, and the excitement and ease with which they bring all their projects to life to support Baby Boomer women everywhere.

Remember, the concept of the 30 DAYS TO A NEW YOU book and E-course is to update yourself so that who you are in the present can get what you want, coming from a place of authenticity and intentionality. Thanks to the participants of the previous E-course, I’ve refined it to provide even more support during your 30-day journey of (re)discovering who you are. I’ve added a coaching forum on Tuesdays and Thursdays and teleconferences every Monday to review the previous week’s steps. Even if you just completed the E-course, consider doing it again: it will further deepen your self-understanding and reinforce your new constructive thoughts and behaviors.
