Workplace Consultant Advice - Get Tools to Move Up to the Next Level

I have successfully worked with some of my clients as a workplace consultant. When employees want more out of their career and are willing to expand their comfort zone I have supported them to distinguish themselves and rise above the competition. Finding a more rounded set of skills that will mark you as a professional, regardless of how many years of experience you have, has proven to be very beneficial.

In recessionary times, the hiring rules and the promotion rules change. Seniority, for example, it is not as important as it used to be.

I have worked with many companies, and to be honest, seniority is not often the determining factor in promotion. Instead, companies look for open-mindedness, ability to work under stress and to think outside the box, and an entrepreneur mentality. Companies do not protect their employees’ futures. Everyone is on their own to prove they are the best choice for the job.
